What this site does not use: there is no Google Tag Manager container, no advertising, remarketing, or conversion pixel of any kind, no social network pixel, no Google Maps embed, no session-replay or heat-mapping tool, and no site-wide HubSpot tracking script. If you find one of those loading on this site, treat it as a defect and tell us.
6. Cookies and Your Analytics Choice
Analytics cookies are off until you turn them on. The consent banner offers Accept and Decline with equal standing, and your choice is remembered in your own browser. On every page that runs analytics, you can change it at any time using the Cookie Preferences control in the footer. Declining, or later revoking, expires the analytics cookies this site set and tells Google Analytics that analytics storage is denied.
Separately, HubSpot may set its own cookies when the form on /application/ or the calendar on /schedule/ loads. Visiting either page may send HubSpot your IP address and browser details even if you do not submit the form or book a meeting; information you enter is sent when you interact with those embeds.
7. Data Retention
This section describes only storage we control or can verify:
- This website is static and does not operate a database. Nothing you type is stored on this site itself.
- Your analytics choice is stored in your browser's
localStorageunder the keyhss.analytics.consent.v1. It stays there until you change it or clear your browser storage. It is never sent to us. - Form submissions and booked meetings are retained inside HubSpot under the retention settings of our HubSpot account.
- Google Analytics data is retained under the data-retention setting configured on the Google Analytics property, which is managed in Google Analytics rather than in this website's code.
We are not stating a fixed retention period for HubSpot or Google Analytics records in this document, because those periods are set in those systems' configuration and not by this website. Ask us using the address in section 10 and we will tell you what is currently configured.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and State Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address in section 10.
Some U.S. states give residents additional rights over their personal information. Two things we can state as facts about how this site operates:
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising or remarketing technology on this site to do so with.
- We do not use personal information collected through this site for automated decision-making or profiling.
